1. Services

Sea Spray USA LLC ("Sea Spray," "we," "us") provides mobile boat and auto detailing, power washing, upholstery cleaning, and rodent/wildlife removal services on the island of Maui, Hawaii. All bookings made through this website are requests until confirmed by our team via phone or email.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Prices listed are starting prices. Final quotes depend on vehicle/vessel size, surface condition, and scope. We confirm your quote before work begins — no surprise charges, ever. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards (processed securely through Stripe), cash, and checks. When paying by card, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's own terms apply to card transactions.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — especially island life. Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 25% of the quoted price. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by us is always free.

5. Access & Site Conditions

You agree to provide safe access to the service location, including water/power hookups where applicable (our rigs carry their own, but access speeds things up), gate codes, and harbor/slip access for marine work. We reserve the right to pause or decline work in unsafe conditions.

6. Satisfaction & Liability

We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, which we document before starting work.

7. Wildlife Services

Wildlife removal is performed humanely and in compliance with Hawaii state regulations. Exclusion work carries a workmanship warranty specified in your written quote.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
