When you book a service or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, service address, and any notes you include. That's it — we don't buy data, scrape social profiles, or track you around the internet.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to schedule and perform services, send booking confirmations and reminders, respond to inquiries, and maintain a customer record so repeat bookings are painless. We may occasionally send service-related updates; you can opt out anytime.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment credentials.

4. Storage & Security

Customer data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with access restricted to authenticated Sea Spray USA staff. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to run our business (payment processing, cloud hosting) or when required by law.

6. Your Rights

Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email aloha@SeaSprayUSA.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies/storage needed for the site to work (like remembering that you've seen our intro animation). No third-party ad trackers.
